Binghamton University is home to the Kappa Lambda Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi. We are the first business fraternity on campus and have proudly represented the University for 41 years, beginning in 1981. Since then, we have had over 1000 members join and contribute to our extensive network of professionals and an everlasting brotherhood.

As a professional business fraternity, we bear a strong culture of professionalism, and our brothers have continually found success in a wide variety of industries. From investment banking to software engineering and everything in between, we provide an invaluable network of support and knowledge in the professional world.
As brothers of Delta Sigma Pi, we believe it is our duty to protect the community we live in and give back. Not only does helping our community bring positive change, but it also strengthens our bond. We, then, feel rewarded and humbled to be able to make a difference through our initiatives.

A Word From Our President
On behalf of the Kappa Lambda chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, I would like to thank you for your interest in the brotherhood of Binghamton’s premier professional co-ed business fraternity. Since our establishment in 1981, Delta Sigma Pi continues to grow and succeed, becoming a space where like-minded individuals push each other to become the best version of themselves as both professionals and people. As the largest and oldest professional business fraternity on campus, Delta Sigma Pi proudly strengthens the Binghamton community through our three renowned pillars: Professionalism, Brotherhood, and Community Service.
As a professional business fraternity, the success of our brothers is our number one priority. Whether you’re an aspiring accountant, banker, consultant, or even unsure of what to pursue, through Delta Sigma Pi, we give hard working and remarkable students the opportunity to accelerate their growth and maximize their potential as a young professional. Our brotherhood encapsulates all areas of the corporate world. With alumni spanning a plethora of corporations, such as the Big 4, JP Morgan, McKinsey, Bank of America, Google, and more, the mentorship and guidance available makes our brotherhood unlike any other. Aristotle says that "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit”. Through the continuous successes of both our current and alumni brothers, I am proud to say that excellence is a habit deeply rooted within our culture at Delta Sigma Pi.
Along with professionalism, another key component of our fraternity is our brotherhood. At Delta Sigma Pi, the word “Brother” is not taken lightly. The relationships and connections built within these four years at Binghamton do not dissipate once you cross the stage and graduate. Through the compassion, mentorship, and camaraderie the brothers experience, the phrase “Not for school but for life” holds true. We stand on the shoulders of giants, carrying on the tradition and legacy of those before us, ensuring that one day, we will serve as the stepping stones for those after us, leaving Delta Sigma Pi better than when we once found it. I am thrilled to be the President of Delta Sigma Pi for the 2026-2027 academic year, and I look forward to seeing you at recruitment week!
